Welcome to DXV. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Article 2 – Applicability
These Terms apply to every offer made by DXV and to every distance contract concluded between the brand and a consumer. By placing an order, you explicitly confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement or have parental consent to make a purchase.

Article 3 – The Offer and Pricing

  1. All prices listed on the website are denominated in Euros (€) and are inclusive of Belgian VAT (where applicable), but exclusive of shipping costs.
  2. Shipping fees and available delivery methods will be clearly displayed at the final checkout screen before you finalize your order.
  3. DXV reserves the right to update prices at any time, but products will always be invoiced based on the rates visible at the moment the order was confirmed.

Article 4 – Order Confirmation and Payment

  1. A binding contract is formed the moment you complete the checkout process and receive an automated order confirmation email from us.
  2. We securely process payments via authorized third-party gateways (including credit cards and Stripe). Your payment data is fully encrypted and never stored on our servers.
  3. DXV reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if there is an ongoing legal or payment dispute with the buyer regarding a previous order.

Article 5 – Worldwide Shipping, Customs, and Delivery

  1. We ship worldwide, including destinations both within and outside of Europe.
  2. Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates. While we make every effort to fulfill orders rapidly, DXV cannot be held liable for standard transit or customs delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
  3. Risk of damage or loss of the products transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.
  4. International Orders (Outside the European Union): Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These additional charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)
In accordance with Belgian and European consumer protection laws, customers residing within the European Union have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

  1. The Period: The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) physically take possession of the goods.
  2. Condition of Items: To exercise this right, the items must be returned to us in their original, unaltered condition—unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Return Costs: Return shipping costs are covered by DXV
  4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days via the original payment method.

Article 7 – Legal Warranty & Complaints

  1. Under Belgian law, consumers are entitled to a statutory legal warranty for goods that are defective or do not match the product description.
  2. If you receive a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, you must notify us via email within 48 hours of receiving the package, including clear photographic proof of the issue.
  3. We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Article 8 – Intellectual Property
All content visible on this website—including logos, custom apparel graphics, text, images, and clothing design layouts—is the exclusive intellectual property of DXV. Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, or commercial exploitation of this material is strictly prohibited.

Article 9 – Governing Law and Online Dispute Resolution

  1. These Terms and all contractual agreements between DXV and its customers are governed exclusively by Belgian Law.
  2. In accordance with European regulation, the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for amicable dispute settlements for European residents. Consumers can access this platform via the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
  3. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through amicable customer service communication or the ODR platform will be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mons, Belgium.
