By placing an order with DXV Official, you (the Customer) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure a standard of excellence and transparency for the DXV community.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By clicking “Place Order” or completing a purchase on dxvofficial.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these policies in their entirety

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU LAW)

In accordance with European Unior consumer protection laws, customers in Belgium and the EU have the right to retract their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise this right, the item must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original packaging.

3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We take pride in our quality.

Dfective Items: If arrive damaged or with a printing error, we will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Size Exchanges: Because each piece is prepared specifically for your order, we encourage you to check the size guide carefully. Return shipping costs for size exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Condition: For brand integrity, items showing signs of wear, perfume, or gym se will not be accepted for return.

4. PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

Every DXV piece is crafted to order.

Production Time: Please allow 3-7 business days for your or printed and quality-checked.

Shipping Duration: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7-14 business days.

Delays: While we strive for speed, international logistics and high-demand periods can occasionally extend shipping times beyond 14 days. DXV Official is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers (e.g., PODPartner, Bpost), but we will provide tracking for every order.

5. PRICING & BUNDLES

All prices are in Euros (€).

Bundle Offers: Discounts applied to “Full Set” bundles are only valid when both items are purchased together in a single transaction.
